1. Digital Products
All digital products sold on PH EasyBiz are original works or properly licensed materials. When you purchase a digital product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files within your own business or personal projects. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the files with third parties.
2. Prohibited Content
We do not sell pirated software, unauthorized courses, or unlicensed materials. Products related to Philippine law, taxation, company registration and lease contracts are informational templates only and do not constitute professional legal, tax, or financial advice. For your specific situation, consult a qualified professional.
3. Payments
We accept Alipay, WeChat Pay, GCash, and cryptocurrency. Prices are displayed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). After your payment is confirmed by our team, digital products are delivered instantly through a secure, permission-controlled download link and remain available in your account.
4. Refunds
Because digital products are delivered instantly, they are generally non-refundable once downloaded. If a file is corrupted, incorrect, or you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days and we will fix the issue or issue a refund. For online services, you may cancel for a full refund before work begins; after delivery, refunds are assessed case by case based on the agreed scope and revisions.
5. Online Services
Each service order defines an estimated delivery time and a number of included revision rounds. Additional revisions or scope changes may be quoted separately. Client materials and business information shared with our specialists are kept confidential and used only to deliver your order.
6. Account & Acceptable Use
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Sharing download links or account access with non-buyers is a violation of these terms and may result in account termination without refund.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, and material changes will be announced on the site.
